Cindi Huggins had 10 years experience in the Sub Station II franchise starting in 1984. She believes in the product and has always known she wanted to own her own Sub Station II. The Arrowood Rd. store was purchased in 2003, though it has been in business for over 10 years! The business has flourished with a wonderful array of faithful customers.
